The Secretaria de Telecomunicacions i Societat de la Informació (STSI) is created to pay attention to the challenges and the problems, from the public Administration, that propose the new stage of the telecommunications  sector and knowledge society.

 

The Secretaria is responsible, among other competences, of the general politics about computer science, telecommunications and information society in Catalonia, promotes the respective economical sectors and integrates the information technologies into all the areas of the Catalan society. 

 

The agency ACC1Ó have as objective the improve of the services rending and the strategic support to the Catalan company, boosting not only the promotion of the innovation and the internationalization, also other lines of work, as the new instruments in the management of RR.HH. in the company, the attraction and the retention of the talent in new productive investments, the technological capital or the creation and consolidation of knowledge nets.

 

This Agency of the Departament d'Innovació, Universitats i Empresa is born to have a key role in the support to the Catalan company in the framework of the opportunities generates by the new environment.
